Welcome to Flip My Bike® — where you can win premium bikes for pennies or even free! Whether you’re entering a paid raffle or one of our exciting giveaways, these Terms & Conditions apply to all our prize draws. By entering, you're agreeing to the rules below.

• You must be 18 or older to enter the raffle on your own.
   
• Participants under 18 may enter if they have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian. In such cases, the parent or guardian must be present at the time of entry and prize claim and will be responsible for any obligations or conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
   
• We may request ID to verify your age before releasing any prize.
   
• Entries from underage participants without parental consent or involvement will be disqualified without refund.
   
• Winners may be required to confirm their identity to claim their prize.
   

• Entry requires the purchase of raffle tickets (prices vary by draw).
   
• All sales are final and non-refundable, unless the draw is cancelled.
   
• Each raffle will state:
   
  • Ticket price
     
  • Total number of tickets available
     
  • Draw date and how the winner is chosen
     

• No purchase necessary — follow the entry steps (e.g., like, follow, submit form, or repost a video for a coupon).
   
• Only one entry per person unless stated otherwise.
   
• Winners are chosen completely at random, just like paid raffles.
   
• Free Entry via Post: To enter via post, send your name, address, and contact details to our registered office address. You will receive an entry into the competition via post with no purchase necessary.
   
• For any prize draw, the free entry method must be clearly available to all participants.
   
• Free entry applies to at least one prize in each competition. (If there are multiple prizes, at least one must be available to win via free entry.)
   

• Each customer is limited to 10 tickets per draw for any giveaway (unless stated otherwise).
   
• This helps keep things fair and gives everyone a chance to win.
   

• Draws are conducted randomly and transparently.
   
• Draws are streamed live on TikTok or YouTube on the announced date.
   
• Winners are contacted via email, phone, or social media depending on how they entered.
   
• If a winner doesn’t respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
   

• Prizes are exactly as described in each draw.
   
• No cash alternatives or swaps unless we offer otherwise.
   
• If the prize (like a bike) doesn’t fit, we’ll do our best to provide an alternative size or model.
   
• Prizes are non-transferable.
   

• We offer free delivery to UK addresses.
   
• Flip My Bike® is not responsible for shipping delays or incorrect delivery details provided by the entrant.
   

• Cheating, fake accounts, or any form of abuse will result in disqualification.
   
• We reserve the right to cancel entries that violate the spirit of fair play.
   

• If a draw is cancelled, you’ll receive a full refund for your tickets.
   
• We may change the draw date or substitute the prize if needed, but we’ll always communicate clearly.
   

• We only collect necessary information to process entries and deliver prizes.
   
• Your data is secure and never sold or shared.
   
• By entering, you agree we may use your first name, photo, or testimonial to showcase our winners — with your permission.
   

• All raffles and giveaways are operated under the UK Gambling Act 2005.
   
• Flip My Bike® operates within UK law as a prize competition provider.
   
• No purchase necessary for free giveaways.
   
• Participants are responsible for understanding their local laws regarding competitions.

• Entries that do not include all required personal information (such as full name, email address, and contact details) or fail to follow the full entry process may be deemed void and excluded from the draw. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their entry is correctly submitted and complete.

                                                       13. Transparency & Filming

• To maintain transparency and trust with our community, winners may be required to be filmed or photographed during prize handovers or delivery. This content may be shared on our social media platforms to showcase real winners and ensure fair play.
• By entering, you agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the prize if selected as a winner. If you wish to remain anonymous, we’ll do our best to respect your request while still documenting the win fairly.
